We harvested our first cucumbers and tomatoes this weekend. Very excited about that. Cucumber tomato salad is one of my favorites, so it’ll be nice to have that fresh while it’s in season.

For the past two years, I’ve tried growing various types of melons but never had much luck. I’m glad to see other people who have better fortune than me in that department.
Interesting Story, I’m curious to hear about the outcome of this. I for one happen to think that a well maintained garden is much more interesting to look at than green grass, but that’s just me. And of course, I don’t know the whole story here.
